Our Story

Energy at Work was established in 2005 and has been adding vitality to the world of recruitment ever since. Our charge is led by our founder, Christie Liron (née Swanepoel), who embodies our motto, “energy, passion, and the human touch.”

Christie gained a wealth of experience within the recruitment industry predominantly serving the financial services sector. Never one to shy away from a challenge, she immersed herself in every aspect of recruitment relishing the thrill of building lifelong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Here, Christie realised that people like to work with people. It was not long before Christie took the bold step to start her company – determined to bring the human element back to the industry. Energy at Work has remained true to its founding spirit of forging rock-solid relationships, delivering exceptional service and results.

Professional service can – and should be- personal, after all, we are in the business of people. We maintain a flat organisational structure with an entrepreneurial spirit to afford our clients receive agile, responsive service and rapid implementation of solutions.

We have enjoyed phenomenal growth through referrals and repeat business which we consider evidence of doing things right!
